1 Returns

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us and that’s okay. Our returns policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer 

You may return your item with 60 days of dispatch of your item for a full refund or exchange

2 Before you return an Item

Please make sure that:

2.1 Your return is within our 60-day return rule and within 14 days of advising us of your intention to return the item.

2.2 The item is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and a saleable condition as new

2.3 The item was not purchased as a clearance or sale item and it is nt a health or personal care item.

3 Returns procedure

3.1 In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us within 14 days using the contact details provided on our website or via Facebook: .

3.2 When you post the item please insert our Returns Monitoring ID (RMI) which we will give to you when you contact us,

3.3 Please return your item to the address provided with your RMI

3.3 Please make sure that your return is trackable. We will not take responsibility for a lost item during postage

3.4 We are not responsible for the cost of a return postage.

4 Exclusions

4.1 The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

4.1.1 Gift Vouchers

4.1.2 Sale or Clearance items

4.1.3 Some health and personal care items

5 Refunds

5.1 We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us ion any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

5.2 We will refund to you the original delivery charges paid to us on the returned product in accordance with this policy.

5.3 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

5.4 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 60 days following the day we receive your returned product.

6 Improper returns

6.1 If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

6.1.1 We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

6.1.2 We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

6.1.3 If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

6.1.4 There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund is granted (if applicable) 

a). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery or with no RMI

7. Refund Process

7.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

7.3 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7.4 Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

7.5 Exchanges . We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
