    We offer Free standard delivery on all UK Mainland orders - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

    1.2. Outside UK Mainland | International Delivery

    1.2.1. Delivery charges apply to all orders under £100 and outside UK mainland including international orders. Charges are calculated automatically based on your location and preferred method of delivery – standard or expedited.

    1.2.2. Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.

    1.2.3. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.

    2. When Will Your Parcel Arrive?

    2.1. Standard Delivery

    2.1.1. For UK Mainland a should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

    2.1.2. Orders placed outside the UK mainland may take longer than 5 working days as well as international orders. Typically, the time frame for orders outside the UK is from 5- 10 working days.

    2.2. Expedited Delivery

    2.2.1. We offer expedited delivery for UK mainland customers and for some location outside the UK.

    2.2.2. For UK mainland, we offer 3 working days expedited delivery if you place your order by 1.00 pm. For international orders, please expect delivery from 5-6 working days.

    2.2.3. There is an additional charge for expedited delivery

    2.3. The delivery periods set out in this section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

    2.4. We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

    3. Delivery Tracking

    3.1. Once we post your order, we will email you to let yu know that your order is on its way. We will also provide a tracking ID for your order so you can follow its journey.

    3.2. To track your item click on the link we sent to you and entre the tracking ID as requested.

    4. Receipt and Signature

    4.1. All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature may be required.

    4.2. If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver your parcel.

    4.3. If your parcel remains undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider may leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

    4.4. In the event of a failure of delivery, your item may be returned to us.

    4.5. We will not take responsibility for any missed delivery due to ‘no one present’ to receive or for returned items. You will be charged the postage cost of a returned item.

    5. Delivery Problems
